Lectu evoluciona: podemos añadir, cambiar o retirar funciones.

Lectu is a one-time purchase app, with no subscriptions and no accounts. These terms explain what you can expect from it and what we expect from you. They are written to be understood on first reading.
By downloading, installing or using Lectu you accept these terms. If you don't agree with them, don't use the app. Lectu is developed by Diego Prados, an independent developer, and distributed on Apple's App Store and on Google Play.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Lectu on your devices. What you may not do: decompile or reverse-engineer the app, remove its proprietary notices, resell or redistribute it, or use it for anything unlawful.
Lectu Pro is not a subscription. It is a single payment that unlocks the paid features forever: it does not renew, it does not expire and you are not charged again. The essentials — your library, your progress, your basic stats and the full export of your data — are free and will stay free.
The purchase is tied to your Apple or Google account, depending on where you made it. If you change device or reinstall, recover it with "Restore purchases" from the same account. A purchase made in one store does not carry over to the other: they are two different stores with two different accounts.
The price is always shown in your currency before you buy. We may change the price in the future, but it will never affect a purchase already made.
Purchases are processed entirely by the store: Apple on the App Store and Google on Google Play. They are the seller in the transaction, not us, and we never receive your payment details.
That's why refunds are requested from the store, not from us, and follow their policies (Apple, Google). If something isn't working, write to us first: it can almost always be fixed.
The books you track, your ratings, reviews, quotes and notes are yours. We claim no rights over them and we have no access to them: they live on your device (see the privacy policy). You can export all of it whenever you want, for free, and take it wherever you like.
You are responsible for what you write in the app and for keeping backups of what matters to you. Lectu includes export and full backup for exactly that reason.
Book details — titles, authors, covers, synopses, page counts — come from Google Books and Open Library. They are not our data and may be incomplete or wrong. You can always edit them by hand or use your own cover. Covers belong to their publishers and are shown so you can identify your edition.
We take care that Lectu works well, but it is provided "as is", without a warranty that it will be free of errors or available without interruption. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the app — including data loss, which is precisely what the backup feature exists to prevent.
None of this limits the rights the law gives you as a consumer, which remain intact.
Lectu evolves: we may add, change or remove features. If a change were to materially affect what you have already purchased, we will say so in the app. These terms may be updated; the date above says when that last happened.
You can stop using Lectu whenever you like by uninstalling it. We may withdraw access from anyone who seriously breaches these terms — for example, by trying to circumvent the purchase system.
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you keep the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence.
For anything at all: dpappssupport@gmail.com. Lectu is made by one person, and that same person answers the email.
